There is a certain on-line retailer selling them for a today only deal with free postage.

I dont really like the psp ive gone off them since slim and i find the psp go just a gimmick.

The psp go has been hacked now and just matter of time once they release the full CFW, but i dont really care.

Would it be worth the hassle of buying it and reselling it for say £180.

I always look for ways to flip money i did the same with windows 7 when they were selling cheap.

Just dont want to end up lumbered with it. Whats the demand/supply for these pspgo ?

Not much demand as they've overpriced units and the games cost too much, but that's just my opinion and why I bought/sold my PSP Go so quickly.

Way better to get a normal PSP as you can buy and then sell your games. I'm not rich so I can't just afford digital downloads only, unless its a mobile platform as games are like £0.59 to few pounds only.

Had a PSPGO got rid for a 3000 few weeks ago its okay making the GO cheaper but thats really the problem its the prices you have to pay to get the games.

Sony has announced a price cut for the Go at the 1st of november of 180 euro and is available now for 175 euro at some online shops.

Even though I think the next generation of consoles will be download only, you can't just convert a 4-5 year old platform from disc to download. There is a huge back catalogue of UMD games that can be had for next to nothing. I said on here from the very start that the UMD trade-in would never happen and they scrapped it. The Nintendo 3DS is too close to be spending a three-figure sum on a hand-held now.

Not a bad price at £150, more like what it should have been at launch, still don't think I will get one as I already have a 2000 and would have to buy everything again =/

Sony had the right idea with digital download, but its too ahead of its time... you'll need huge amounts of storage to store games, the games as mentioned are too expensive as no trade ins etc..

Its a good idea on paper, just not ready at this time. If the games were cheaper then this price its a good deal.

Its actually cheaper in the long run to buy a 3000 if PSP is your thing and buy games on UMD.

But this has already been mentioned, I'm just agreeing with it.

i sold my 3000 model to get a psp go back when they were giving away 10 free games, i like the go a lot more than the 3000 as the idea of bringing umd's with me defeats the point of it being portable :) i know the games cost more but i dont really use the psp enough to worry about that

I got a brand new PSP 3001 for £50 in Bestbuy :D.

On topic thou, the PSPGO is not worth it in my opinion for 2 simple reasons:

1) 3.5 Screen instead of 4.3 screen on the PSP, why would I downgrade to a smaller screen?
2) Downloadable games only, this fails, some of the best titles still aren't available, like FF Crysis Core for example and others, also, you can't buy pre-owned or re-sell, also, Sony only lets you d/l a game 5 times before you have to buy it again which is ridiculous.

I thought it was that individual games could be activated on a maximum of 5 machines at a time with no limit on number of downloads?, which is quite generous really :)
