I downloaded the trial of playerpal and i think it is a very useful app,

I don't mind buying it but i would rather get a freeware similar program,

Does anyone know of one?

Thanks

p.s i know i could probably torrent it but if it comes to that i would rather just pay the £10

Something else I had no clue the PSP could do. After spending around an hour getting remote play to work, I'm going to have to get this media remote set up now.

Not sure if there is a freeware program.

EDIT: Media Remote is for CFM PSP's. Bah. Will have to get a pandora battery and install CFM.

How useful is this though? I mean you still have to navigate using a d-pad to control the media, surely it's more or less the same as using the pad?

I'd rather just use my pad at least. :)

I could understand if the controllers were wireless, but this doesn't seem to have any advantage over the controller.

No it isn't, i just run playerpal on my pc and use the psp internet browser to access the remote server and that controls the media on my pc,

I want it for when i am sat in the garden i can use the psp to change songs on the pc rather than using the rubbish internal speakers on the psp
