PSP Memory Stick Duo?

Its my brothers birthday coming up and he is after a few Memory Sticks for his PSP. I have been looking at the 4 gig SanDisk Due Pro ones, do these work? Anything to look out for when I am buying them?

You help will be most appreciated

Yes they work, and when buying one it may be best to avoid ebay as there are way too many fakes floating about.

there is a thread on the forums at yourpsp.com iirc about 4GB sticks, think it might even have some suppliers, think popular cheap places are ones that sell mobile phone stuff? i would like directly, but it may be a competitor.

I was looking at them the other day and found that you can get one for £80 or there abouts. It depends if you want one large one, but two smaller ones might be a lot cheaper if that is an option.

is 4gb the limit for psps or could it take more if they did a firmware update on it :confused:

I think the latest firmware 2.8/2.81 removed something in order for the higher capacity cards to work (up to 8GB). So all of us on 1.5 are stuck with a maximum of 4GB at the moment.
