Could you list me some PSP "Must Buys", I like action games GTA etc but i dont mind a variety i.e. locopoco as long as it really is a good game.

Name your must buys here :)

Regards : Nabil.

Patapon!

Final Fantasy VII: Crisis Core
God of War Chains of Olympus

Only PSP games i've played but all three were great. I mostly use mine for PS1 games.

I'm going to pimp these games again, as I do in every psp game thread that comes along.

Syphon Filter : Dark Mirror
Syphon Filter : Logans Shadow

Two great games, fairly short but then what isn't these days. I just wish the devs would get around to making a PS3 game.

It's the odd problem with the PSP the hardware is fantastic but the games are just not addictive.

Having said that God of War is a good romp, and holds up to 'real' games.

Totally, CFW totally revolutionised the PSP for me and made it addictive but most titles are not good enough, The only game I found fun for a while was Lumines and Patapon.

Street Fighter Alpha 3 MAX
Power Stone Collection
Castlevania: The Dracula X Chronicles
Metal Gear Solid: Portable Ops
Monster Hunter Freedom
Final Fantasy Tactics: The War of the Lions
Crisis Core: Final Fantasy VII
Lumines
Every Extend Extra
Gradius Collection

Probably like one of the best DS games, especially from a Western developer.

PSP GTA games are much better to be honest.

I've played so many psp games I'd say these are must buys

Metal Gear Solid: PO
GTA - Both
God Of War

Other games too consider would be

Killzone, Resistance, Manhunt 2, The Warriors

So ive got a PSP. the battery is dead and has been for awhile but is it usual for the green power light not to even flash and then die quickly OR the screen to come on? Mine hasn't done either but thats because it hasnt been charged for awhile so the battery is completely dead. So the queston is it is just a case of it having to be charged and is it usual for this to happen?

Well of course they would be better especially seeing as they are graphically and sizeably on par with the earlier PS2 GTA games. Same can be said for PSP versions of many other PS2 exclusive games.

The point is, is that GTA: Chinatown Wars at least makes use of the DS's capabilities and is a decent game overall, and unlike many other game series/franchises with DS versions that are usually crap or shovelware.

I hated Liberty City stories and vice City Stores for some unknown reason, and that was the whole reason I bought my PSP. was really dissapointed with it, basically a clone of GTAIII.

Yes, it's quite normal for it to be completley dead when the battery has run down. Charge it and it'll be fine :)
