PSP wont turn on!

Hi, i left my psp in a locked room in work over the weekend and the ac adapter was plugged in.When i come to use it this morning though my psp wont turn on at all, and the green light that usually shows its charging isnt lighting up or anything. I was wondering if anyone else had this problem, if the cable is broke that would explain why it wont charge, but i thought it still had a little charge left when i left it

so if anyone could help me out i would be great full.

They do deplete if left on standby quite rapidly. Maybe the power thing is broken... Do you have a usb charger to try. Id take the battery out and put it back in to 'reset' it.

Tried taking the battery out and putting it back in but i didnt work

Maybe your place of work had a power surge, your PSP could be cripled if it wasn't plugged into a surge protected socket.

Cheers for the help guys but i have just plugged another cable into it and it is charging fine at the moment, turns on and everythin now
