PSU 3.3v compatibility with SATA drives?

I'm no doubt being very dumb here but from what I read the PSU has SATA connectors? If so they will power any SATA drive you have regardless of 3.3v, hard drives don't use the 3.3v line anyway:)

The PSU in question is the "Hiper HPU-4M580 Type R 580W ATX2.2 PSU" and I read on a German review that the SATA power connectors do not supply 3.3v. It did say something about problems occuring with future drives, which got me worried as I'm probably going to end up buying new drives sometime in the future and I plan to keep the PSU for a long time. Anyways, cheers for the reply!
