It will be fine. Don't know if it's on the Haswell compatible list but even if it isn't it only affects the C7 sleep state which can always be disabled.
Three years is nothing these days. My last psu was around 6-7 years old before I replaced it in my main pc. It's still going strong in my second pc.
I used a 6 year old corsair hx 850 on the spec in sig up until a few months ago, a psu that ran several overclocked systems in the time I had it. Gave it to a friend when I upgraded and its still going strong.
