PSU advice on new setup

Hey, I am going to order a few new PC bits and wonder if my current PSU (Targen 420) will be able to manage.

• OCZ 4GB (2x2GB) PC2-6400C5 Dual Channel Vista Gold Series DDR2
• Intel Core 2 Duo E2180 "LGA775 Conroe" 2.00GHz (800FSB) - Retail
• Abit IP35 (Socket 775) PCI-Express DDR2 Motherboard
• BFG GeForce 8800 GT OC 512MB GDDR3 HDTV/Dual DVI (PCI-Express) - Retail

I am wanting to overclock as well.

I will also have a 320Gb Seagate Barracuda (SATA) and 1 dvd writer running.

How old is the PSU? They do become less efficient over time but I'd guess that if it is a year or so old or less then it will be ok.
