PSU Advice please

My Hiper 580W has just died and needs sending back to Hiper. When the replacment comes im gonna sell it and buy a corsair or something. My question is.....

Until my new PSU arrives will a 350W Hiper run this okall at stock speeds)

AMD 3700+ 939
MSI K8 NEO Mobo
2GB PC3200 DDR
Sata DVDRW
200GB Samsung Spinpoint SATA2
Floppy Drive
XFX 7800GT 256MB (PCIe)
X-Fi Music
2 x 120 Fans ( came with my Thermaltake Aguila )

Ive looked on http://extreme.outervision.com/index.jsp and it says 299W will do the job but im not sure.

Please help..........

my 400W is running similar spec, altho an extra 2 HD's and heavily o'c cpu

Cool, usually i run my CPU @ 2.8 and have a few more HDDs but that can all wait till new PSU i spose.
