I'm going to take the plunge and take advantage of the Sapphire Vega 64 Nitro+ deal upgrading from my R9 390.

My only concern is that my current PSU which is a Corsair CX750M might not be up to the task. I've had this card for 6 years and although its worked without a hitch - the Sapphire card recommends 850W and I'm thinking I'd rather not take the chance of frying all my components.

Current Spec of Rig:
  • NZXT H700i Case (4 fans)
  • MSI Z87-G45 Gaming motherboard
  • i7 4700k CPU (OC'd to 4.4Ghz) - cooled with an H80i AIO;
  • MSI R9 390 GPU;
  • 16GB DD3 Corsair Vengeance RAM;
  • 250GB Samsung Evo 850 SSD
  • WD 5TB HDD
  • WD 2TB HDD

I'm looking for recommendations in the 850w-1000w area (1000w for extra headroom - if the experts here think it is needed). My budget is around the £150 mark.

Does anyone have any recommendations for a PSU based on the above?

Thanks
