PSU advice

My friend is thinking of a new rig. Would the OCZ stealthxtreme 500w be able to power a i3 clocked to 4ghz and a 4870 for example?

The reason being the OCZ only has one pci-e connector so the second pci-e to the 4870 would be from a molex to pci-e converter. Would there be enough amps on the molex rail as I'm not sure its on the 12V one.
