PSU advice

Its for an e6850 not going to be overclocked and an HD4850 clocked at 700mhz,the rest is just standard.

I used the extreme psu calculator and I get 344w at 90% system load so I am wondering if you guys could tell me if these are going to be fine.

Either one will be good.

Either are good PSUs and will work with your system. I'd choose the XFX however, as it has 408W on the 12V rail compared with 336W for the Corsair, this just gives you a bit of extra headroom.
