PSU advice

I was going to Order the coolmaster silent pro 500w but after being out of stock for ages they have now been removed from the site.
I was thinking about ordering a

so i can get my CPU overclocked and wondering if the

are any good as i thought the 2 together in a windowed case would look better.

Any thoughts on the Akasa PSU's?
Are they any good?
and if not what suggestions do you have in the £50-£70 bracket but preferably cheaper the better as i am replacing a mistake i made when building the system.

case is coolmaster elite 430
ram is corsair vengeance .
having a bit of a dilemma with the cooler as im stuck with what to go for as the heat sinks on the vengeance seem pretty tall. ideally i would have liked a cooler with blue led fans to match the rest of my build but there doesn't seem to be many about and the ones iv seen that i do like Im pretty sure won't fit. i suppose i could always swap the fan on the cooler for a led one or just stop being so hung up on flashy lights lol.
