I have a quick question regarding this PSU:

I think I have asked this in a few threads recently but I thought I would ask just so I could get a good idea of how powerful it is.
Could someone give me an example of how powerful that PSU is? As I'm planning an upgrade at the moment and am going to be running an i5-2500K and SandyBridge mobo, 4GB XMS3 1600MHz, 1TB F3 HDD and a DVD-RW. The thing is, I'm considering going for a GPU now aswell just to complete my new build as originally I was going to stick with my GTX 260, but I am thinking it will be better to just buy a GTX 460 or something and then I will essentially have a great gaming PC for the next year or two.
The thing is, will that PSU power that system above, along with a 4GHz overclock on the CPU and a GTX 460? And if it can power it, would it be at any risk of failing? Like, is it recommended that I get a better PSU for that build? As I have already bought that PSU (BeQuiet L7 530W), as tbh I didn't expect my upgrade to be so big originally but it's got bigger as I am now doing a complete build instead of just a few components.
Also, if that PSU is powerful enough for the system I mentioned, could anyone recommend the best GTX460 in both the 768MB and 1GB variations? As it depends on how much money I have left over which will determine which one I buy.
