PSU and Graphics Card Upgrade

Hi im about to buy a new PSU a long with a Grahpics card and im not really sure if its compatible with my motherboard.

If you are not upgrading in the future you might be able to downgrade the PSU to a 450W for a few pennies. The 4850 will generate some heat so I hope your case is well ventilated!

Ok, regarding the psu, will this 450w psu (http://www.amazon.co.uk/Corsair-Pow...?ie=UTF8&s=electronics&qid=1259332799&sr=8-22) work out ok along with everything else?
