PSU and Graphics Card Upgrade

Hi im about to buy a new PSU a long with a Grahpics card and im not really sure if its compatible with my motherboard.

Having a look for the Cuba (MSI MS-7301) Motherboard support page on MSI is not easy!

It should work Okay. Can't see any problems; I would wait for a second opinion though. The 4850 will generate a fair amount of heat so i hope you case is well vented!

If you are not upgrading in the future you might be able to downgrade the PSU to a 450W for a few pennies. The 4850 will generate some heat so I hope your case is well ventilated!

Watch the links; refer to T+C. not a bad choice at all but it will cost £60 incl P+P from a dealer through amazon and can be easily beaten on price. For 60 I would expect the corsair 550 which is really really good.

Basically find a 450-500W PSU that looks good and check the reviews for it. If you can't find a review definately don't buy it! Apart from the antec basiq and the Akasa; they all look good (could always be proved wrong by a stellar review!) .
