Hi guys

I have a CM 600w modular PSU it's bronze rated, running a 3570k 4.2ghz OC'd one SSD and HDD would it be enough for 670 SLI as I have a windforce one in there now but some amazing deals on them now, shame I paid £300 for mine just a year ago :(

In theory yes it should be enough to power them fine, But Who really knows if degradation over time will make the PSU die! The only way you'll know is to try it, or not.

I have 1 670 again now as sold on a 2nd i had as i was not in the mood to pay for another PSU if it did die on me.

Sorry i forgot, mine is a OCZ 600w psu.

Well I had a 620W Corsair but decided to get an 850W for GTX 670 SLI. However my 620W was over 5 years old and only had 2 connectors for PCI-E - I didn't want to use molex adapters.

Mine has two PCI-E connectors and says on box it's SLI ready might risk it

It is enough, but it is getting near the limit of the PSU.

my i7 [email protected] and 2x 7950s @1100/1500 can draw up to 720W from the wall, this is something around 580W from the PSU... so it is really near the 600W from your PSU... the 670s use less power than the 7950s, so If you keep the clocks bellow 1Ghz you will be fine and you will have a safe margin.

I would go for it.

670 sli here and an oc'd 3770k, total system power draw at the wall, (incl monitor) is 430w when gaming. No overclock on the cards though.
