Psu buzzing in sync with new strix 1080ti

As the title says my new Strix 1080ti whines like crazy but ive found that the psu sings away with it. Its a Corsair HX850, 4930k and the Strix 1080ti. I really dont want to have to return the card so i was wondering if anyone has any experience with this. The fact the psu whines away at the same time as the card does, is that a sign that i need a new psu? Or should i just RMA the card as its far louder than the fans inside my case. Cheers
 
It may mean you need to do something about both. Did your PSU sing before you installed the TI? I personally would start with the card.

Return it and see what the replacement is like. Do you know someone that may have a rig you can try the new card in?
