PSU buzzing/squeeling

Hi every time i run a game or bench my psu squeels or buzzes is this a sign my psu needs an RMA or is it common?...... PSU OCZ series z 850

diy fix ......invole hot glue? from what i can gather ocz rma's seem to take a while and i can't be without my puter so decided to either try to fix it or buy another while this is rma and sell the replacement. what size and make would you go for with a possible Sli in the future.
