PSU Cable Question

Does anyone happen to know if the Corsair add on psu cables will work with the Seasonic X-Series psu's please?

I'm pretty sure they are usable on any modular PSU much like BitFenix alchemy cables. Just the Corsair ones aren't extensions

Not on about extensions I am on about using the corsair cables themselves on the psu as I hate the rubbish brading on most psus like the seasonics have.

I know the ones you mean! I was just saying that are just a cable, like the alchemy ones are just cables. Just the Corsair ones go straight to the PSU. I can't imagine it'd be an issue.

Was seeing if anyone know for sure that they would fit is all as they may have diffrent plugs on the cables?

Post here showing that some work on a seasonic platinum, but others dont.

There is no standard for the psu end of modular cables, hence there being different kits for the corsair ranges. i.e the ax1200i kit does not work with the ax1200 and vice-versa.

True, ive compared the psu ends of my antec true power 750 and my corsair hx850. The connector ends are keyed differently, and the internal metal pins are in different locations on the connectors.
