PSU capability

Hi. I am building a quad-core system with five 74GB raptor hard drives and another eight 7200.11 Seagate drives.

Would a 580w PSU be ok to power the above or do I need something else?

The machine will be used as a server to run a number of virtual machines. The motherboard is an Intel DG33TL with onboard graphics. It will also have 8GB of DDR2 RAM and I was looking at either a Q6600 or Q6700 (possibly overclocking the CPU to 3.2GHz if possible).

Thanks for all the replies guys. Ive decided to go for a higher wattage model and probably a Corsair.
