PSU capable?

Im wanting to buy this bundle;http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=BU-038-OK&groupid=701&catid=339&subcat=791

Ive currently got this PSU; http://www.trust.fr/products/default.aspx?item=15317

Is the PSU good enough for that bundle, note a X1600XT gfx card will be used alongside the bundle. The PSU is working with that gfx card atm in my current system fine.

If the psu is stable then it will be ok, but as far as im aware they are cheap built psu's and personally would get a better quality one.

Also, with the bundles, do they come pre installed, or in seperate boxes?

Seperate boxes mate.

I very much doubt that they would assemble the parts as then they would have to test them, doing this wouldn't be cost effective.

And not just test them, but package them securely. Its safer to pack them in their original boxes.
