psu causes bsod + bottleneck?

blue screen when overclock gpu more than it is now

if psu is cause, what psu should i get ?

The CX450 is one of the new units that are now built by Great Wall and while not the best are fairly decent now that they have been redesigned. It has a single 12v rail of 449w and is backed by a 5 year warranty so is much improved over the old CX430. It is most probably that the card just can't handle the overclock and nothing to do with the psu at all.
