Hi,

I've read around and think it's okay but just wanted to check whether I should use the OCZ ModXStream Pro 600w or my old Seasonic M12 Modular 700W PSU to power my new build:

i7 930 2.80GHz @ 4.00GHz
Corsair XMS3 (3x2GB) DDR3
Asus P6X58D-E Intel X58
MSI GeForce GTX 470

with 1 SSD, 1 HDD, and 1 BluRay player.

Just a little concerned about keeping the overclock stable...?

Thanks.

The Seasonic will be fine, as already mentioned for SLI you would most probably need a higher wattage uinit.

That OCZ is (typically for them) full of cheap capacitors.
Besides it also has artificial current limiters.

Great--I was instinctively unhappy about it after ordering the OCZ. I'll use the Seasonic for the new build, as I certainly won't have the cash for SLI any time soon!

Do you think the OCZ will be okay to replace the Seasonic? It was running:
E6600 (Slightly OC'd but nothing extreme)
4GB Geil
8800GTX
2 HDDs & 1 DVDRW...

Thanks again for the advice and quick responses!

The OCZ will be fine power that system, I used Enermax 620w and a Corsair 620w to power a similar setup but had a E8600 @ 4ghz.
