PSU choice.

I want a quiet PSU to replace my Hiper 580W one (which works beautifully but is possibly not as silent as i'd like it). was thinking of splashing out on a :

Seasonic S12 600W Silent ATX2.0 Power Supply (CA-002-SS)

Should be good enough to last me for an upgrade or two, and to power two graphics cards when I go for an uber SLI comp and get a new monitor in a couple of months?

The Seasonics have a good rep for making quiet PSUs. My last one was OK but not as quiet as I had hoped for, the Tagan I replaced it with was much quieter.

Check the forums/reviews over on silentpcreview to see if anyone has compared this with your currenyt Hiper PSU.

ive bought a Seasonic S12 and its great, quieter than my old Enermax one and works great with my opty oced to 2.7ghz

yea i have a Seasonic S12 500w, and love it. Runs quiet and is very stable
