psu clicking - relay?

PSU's do not have relays . . . .

Personally, I would preobably replace it.

edit: Could be the fan. Try stopping it with a pen or similar. If it stops, then it could be that.
 
Oh ok lol. It sounds exactly like a relay clicking. and it seems to pause if the pc is put under load (opening photoshop) for a few moments then continue.
 
Ok ignore me, I panicked twas not the psu. but rather the soundcard. why I don't know. havnt put it back in yet to investigate but the clicking has ceased. *goes back to his corner*
