PSU Clicky?

over the last few months i have heard a clicking sound from my pc, initially i thought HDD, then i thought the cpu fan, then the other fans but finally i have norrowed it down to my Thermaltake 750w toughpower, any ideas on how to sort this out as it is very annoying?

if its cliking it and if psu have fans it might be some wire hiting the fans?
