PSU coil whine dangerous?

I know my CX 750 isn't the best but it's just until my Supernova is RMA'ed with Evga however I'm getting coil whine off it when gaming, I just don't want it killing anything like the Supernova has.

Yeah looking around that is all I could see, I don't mind it for now as I'll be putting it back into my "spares" box however I don't want to lose more goddamn hardware because of this! Trying to RMA the Supernova and Evga' support is down :facepalm:
