anyone out there used the Corsair GX750w PSU and also the Be Quiet 750W PSU

i just want to know if the be quiet is as good as what people make out the corsair to be. if the corsair can run an i7 920 at 4GHz and 2 5870's in crossfire can the be Quiet! too?

the Be Quiet is a little more modular and looks realy good, i havent found as many reviews on it compared to the corsair but it seems to be as good as it.
one guy even said that the corsair delivers 800W O_o.

Thanks.

The fact that corsair give a 7 year warranty vs be quiet's 3 yr warranty shows the faith they have in their PSUs.

The fact the corsair is cheaper 2 makes it an easy decision for me.

Both great choices, but i agree with the above poster. Corsair is one of the best PSU brands (even though they are essentially SeaSonic) and since it's cheaper there's no competition. Not saying that BeQuiet aren't brilliant PSU manufacturers too, just that out of those choices i would definitely get the Corsair.

Corsair review here:

It is the best performing PSU he has ever tested and he gave it 10 out of 10. Massive single rail, practiculary no voltage ripple and good efficiency.

The be quiet psu's are very good psu's but Corsair have taken their crown by coming out with a better and cheaper psu with a longer warranty.

There is no point getting any other psu at the moment until somebody beats it.

Note: This only applies to the new model Corsair and not the old models which although good, are no comparison to these.

The Corsair PSUs over 650w are made by Channel Well Tech, another good manufacturer.

The HX 750 is a new design (this year) and very good, You'll be lucky to find a better PSU at the same price.

The BeQuite one is a few years old so it a bit behind now. That's not to say it's bad, but just a bit out of date now. And over priced.
