Hello, im having problems with my psu 24 pin connector connecting to my motherboard. At random times when i switch on my pc it just makes a long beep tone, when I switch it off and nudge the psu connection a fraction it boots up fine. The connection is as tight as it'll go but just doesn't seem snug at all. It wasn't a tight fit with my previous motherboard but I never had these random bouts of no/lack of power when powering up the pc. Any suggestions or new psu? Thanks

Check the terminals on both sides. You might have a socket terminal that's got a touch too flared or a pin terminal that is squished or something. It should be pretty easy to see of its just the odd terminal that's affected.
