PSU dying?

Hey,

Purchased parts for a system from OCUK in March 2008.

Suddenly today the system starts shutting itself down while gaming, no errors or restarts. It happened twice so I started looking at stuff. My first thought is the PSU so I fire up HWMonitor. My +3.3V is sitting at just 3.04V. +12V is at 12.06V. 5V is solid.

I load the system with Orthos and two instances of Furmark (running SLI). +3.3V drops all the way to 2.9XV, +12V drops down to 11.79. +5V remains solid. It did not shut down after ~10 minutes of this however, don't really want it shutting down in case it damages something.

Also, since I had the system it had been running fine @3.6GHz (it's an E8200) but in the last month I've had to drop it back down to stock to stay stable, could this also be the PSU failing?

It's a Gigabyte Odin Pro 800W BTW, which I believe are Channel-Well units.

Does this sound like PSU failure?

Thanks

Ah sorry forgot temps.

I have my CPU set at just 37% (hate noise) set to rise automatically to keep it under 60C. CPU (E8200 @ stock) slowly rises to ~58C or so with Orthos running, it may go higher when gaming for hours but I don't check, and I assume the CPU fan would kick in if it did.

Video cards (2x 8800 GTS) are 65/59 idle on auto fan, hover around 75-80 when gaming for hours in demanding games at 80% fans.

Case is pretty much dust-free, but will have another look.

Thanks
