Which of the following PSU is best for a HTPC? Which PSU has the most stable rails?

Coolermaster eXtreme 460W
Seasonic S12II-380
Ante Earthwatts 380W

I has to be reliable, are there any known problems with any of these?

The Seasonic is the most expensive and is not available on Overclockers, is this best?

Thanks,

Johnny.

Seasonic is one of the oldest PSU manufacturers and makes some of the best and quietest desktop PSUs with consistent quality. (and also some of the best server PSUs)

Earthwatts is also Seasonic made (unless there's D-in model number) but as "cheap" unit it has only standard quality capacitors. (Seasonic's vision of low end)
Coolermaster has again used plenty of different OEMs with quality varying from mediocre to good, and apparently that particular unit is one of those mediocre PSUs with generic grab bag capacitors etc and fails to deliver full power without excessive ripple: http://www.hardwaresecrets.com/article/550/7
So not really any competition between those three.
