PSU Extention required?

Would I need a PSU extention cable for the PSU when using a Midi case? I recall having to buy one for my Corsair Carbide 500r although I'm not sure if that's a universal rule :S

Case: Aerocool V3X Evil Blue Edition Midi-Tower

Doubtful, but it depends on how you plan to cable route.
