PSU for 4790K and GTX1060 6gb

It's enough for that power consumption class graphics card.
Total load will be ~250W at max.
 
looking from the interweb this is an old model ,, maybe wait for a newer one on offer?
 
There's nothing wrong with it even though it's a older model. I have the 750w version and it's a excellent psu. I have been so tempted to buy that Seasonic Focus Platinum 550w that is on offer though.
 
im looking at the super flower offer myself. got a 4770k system which had that seasonic psu and it blew after 2 years use.
 
That's a disgraceful price. I just don't get the G series pricing. The new Focus Plus series are not only better but are fully modular with double the warranty yet are cheaper than the older, semi-modular G series. The Focus Plus Platinum 550w unit is only £2 more than the 450w G series at the moment.
