PSU for 760 Advice

Hi all, not sure if im posting this in the right place.

Friend of mine wants to get the Gigabyte 760 on offer at OC but has a 500w psu. Would a Corsair CX600 Builder Series 600W be ok to run it?

What is the current model of the PSU he is using and spec of the system.

Generally a 500w PSU would be OK.

I dont believe its a branded one, also i asked the peeps who built the systems and they said he'd need to upgrade the psu.

The system i believe is AMD GB 6300 3.5Ghz 500gb HD, 4gb Ram, Nvidia 640gt 2gb.

Pop the side of the case off and have a look.

What he said. Not the cheapest but currently the best psu's you can get atm.

Ample. You probably looking at 200w at full load.

At £41.99, the cheapest I'd recommend.

Certainly good enough for that system and a GTX 760, I've brought two for higher power usage systems.
