PSU for Argon Tarbosaur bundle

Hi all,

My mate just bought the Tarbosaur bundle. He has a 300 watt PSU and has just purchased a 1GB Graphics card. Do you think he can run this set up off that power supply?

No, I would look for about 500w from a good manufacturer, antec, coolermaster, etc.

Hes not sure lol. But he has just bought a 500 Watt PSU (580w G7 ATX PSU
). The GPU is a 1GB. U think that would be enough?

just did a quick google search on the PSU, it seems to be a no name unit, so avoid asap.

Antec TruePower New 550W (TPN-550) for £53. Corsair TX650V2, Antec TP-650 for £70.

TPN are decent units.
