Hi,Im building another small gaming machine in a prodigy case . It will be running a gtx970 with a i5-6600K with a slight overclock .

Could someone recommend a good quality PSU with modular cables that will fit in this case . I made a machine last year with the same case but struggled to get a corsair RM 550 in without it sticking out the back and had to mod the case to keep it in .

The GTX 970 is a extremely efficient card and total system power draw with a pair in sli is only around 450w so 550w is more than enough. Actually 550w is more than enough for just about any single gpu setup.

The actual Bitfenix psu is just a mediocre FSP built unit (Kitguru only gave the 650w 7.5/10). What you are paying for is the cables so overall it makes the psu overpriced. The pair of Seasonic built EVGA's I suggested are much better quality units. The Bitfenix psu's are the same size as the RM you used previously anyway.

Hi, here you can find more infos about the PSU, at the right site you can also find some links to reviews of it. http://eu.evga.com/products/moreInfo.asp?pn=220-GS-0550-V2&family=Power Supplies&uc=EUR
Like pastymuncher already said, the unit is built by seasonic, is even more silent then our G2 Series, by the form factor the smaller units, 5 yrs of warranty and it got the ECO mode (semi passive) if you have any question left about the PSU just let me know
