PSU for Conroe Spec?

Hello all

A friend is upgrading to a Conroe E6300, Gigabyte DS3, and 2Gb ram. What power supply will he need for it as his current one is very old and isn't up to the job as its from a P4 1.8 using PC133 ram?

For a mid- to high-end graphics card and the rest of that setup, id say at least 500W.

Anything from Seasonic, Enermax, Tagan and Corsair.
