PSU for core duo system

How careful do I need to be when buying a PSU for a core duo system in terms of ATX standards.

I am buying this bundle: Intel Core 2 DUO LGA775 E6400 2.13GHz Retail / Gigabyte 965P DS3 / 2GB Corsair XMS2-6400C5 DDR2 Dual Channel Kit - Bundle (BU-039-OK)

For example would the Antec Sonata II Piano Black Quiet Case - 450W Smart Power PSU (CA-040-AN) allow me to use a core duo system.

And for PSU seperatly is Seasonic S12 430W Silent ATX2.0 Power Supply (CA-000-SS) ok.

Im more worried about the Sonata's compatibility.

Both are fine buddy,and you get a case with the Sonata.

buying two machines at the same time. one already has a case one doesnt so ill get both
