Hi all, just about to confirm the replacement cards for my 7950s which took longer than 28days to RMA.
As above, OCUK have politely offered me 2x PowerColour 280x TurboDuo as replacements for my 2x HIS ICEQ HD7950 BOOST.

I used my current PSU with the previous cards with no problem, but after reading some reviews, Im a little worried that my Corsair HX750W might be pushed to its limits with the new cards.

I have an overclocked i7 2600k @ 4.5Ghz and plan to overclock both cards.

So really, Im just looking for confirmation from people wo've had experience with the above configuration.

Another option would be to sell on the cards and get a 780/780Ti as I've always wanted to try nVidia :D

I game at 1440p if that helps.

Thanks.

Hi all, just wanted to give an update.
I'm now going to be watercooling my rig with both gpus and Cpu.

I will be going for max overclock on the CPU(i7 3770k) and gpu, looking to get at least 1100/1500.

Have also replaced the psu from a hx750w to a ax750.... I know :o

So, general consensus is still 750w is enough?

Or should I just try and get a superflower 1k watt from the mm?
