PSU For Gaming system

Q6600 @ 3.25
GTX 260 216
3 x HDs
2x Optical drives

What would be an ideal PSU, id rather not spend more than what i need to.
It needs to be modular and i dont need any headroom on wattage as i wont be upgrading for ages.

Corsair HX 520 enough?
I like the look of that 620W coolermaster one.
Anyone know the 12V rail requirments of a GTX260 216?
