PSU for GTX 465

So today, I won a Ganiward 465 GOOD gfx card on eBay! Was only £140

Just atm, I will definetly need a new PSU, and I was wondering what the cheapest one it could get would be?

And does anyone know if I could flash this card to a 470?

OCZ StealthXStream II 500W if you don't oc it too high

BeQuiet! E7 600W if you do

Corsair CX 400W could "just" handle it but forget about OC in this case and don't overstress the system with Furmark+P95 -
