i7-3770K 4.5G
Corsair Dominator 1866M 4x4Gb
Sapphire HD7970 Vapor-X 3Gb
Vertex 4 128Gb
Samsung 840 Basic 120Gb
Seagate 1TB 7200rpm 64Mb Cache
Seasonic 80+ Platinum 860W

Is this PSU enough for Cross firing one more Vapor-X HD7970??

yes you can do it... and you can overclock without any problems...
I already tested 2x 7970 Ghz edition running at 1200/1600 with my pc overclocked..
From the wall it topped 700W, so from the PSU was max 600W probably.

You have one of the best PSU's on the market, I have the 660w version and seen user reviews of people running dual GPU's off it so your 860 will be more than enough.

You won't have any trouble with that PSU. It's one of the tiny handful of platinum-certified PSUs on the market, which makes it the best of the best, and the amperage/wattage is more than sufficient.

with one monitor, probably yes...
I'm not 100% sure, because I run 3 monitors and with 3 monitors, you can't.
