PSU for Home Server?

I have got some parts together for my Home Media Server, the only thing I now need is a PSU to power it all.

Components-

Fractal Design XL + extra optional front fan.
E8400 Core Duo
4GB DDR2
HD5450
4 port PCI SATA card
10 x 2TB HDD
60GB SSD

Ideally I want to spend around £70.00
It needs enough connectors for the HDD's and the cables need to be long enough to work in the Fractal XL.

Thanks for any help.

Do you know if all cables will reach in the Fractal XL case?
I'm not sure about modular, since I am going to be using most of the cables on the PSU, it looks like it might make it even messier inside the case.
What do you think?

I was also thinking of using something like this to save on SATA power connectors - http://www.silverstonetek.com/product.php?pid=304
