Probably going to go for this spec:

MAG Z490 TOMAHAWK (SOCKET LGA 1200) DDR4 ATX MOTHERBOARD
CORE I7-10700K 3.8GHZ (COMET LAKE) SOCKET LGA1200 PROCESSOR
GEFORCE RTX 3070 ICX3 8GB GDDR6 PCI-EXPRESS GRAPHICS CARD
970 EVO PLUS 1TB M.2 2280 PCI-E 3.0 X4 NVME SOLID STATE DRIVE
32gb Ram (tba)
AIO CPU Cooler (tba)
Will also be an SSD or two in there too.

Will an 850W suffice?

Good 650W PSU would be enough, 750W definitely.

And no need to pay Samsung's prices.

For simple gaming £110 WD Blue SN550 would do well.

Also Arctic Freezer II is only sense making AIO with good thick radiators and no fashion overprices.

The samsung is cheaper elsewhere but will take a look at those others.

THe Arctic Freezer is the one Im going for.
