PSU for i7

I'm looking at buying myself an i7 920/930 pretty soon, but I'm wondering about the power supply. I've got one with my current machine that is 600W (I can't remember the make off the top of my head but can have a look if necessary, all the cables from it have a black mesh-like cover to them). I'm looking at possibly upgrading my graphics card at some point for something in the range of an ATI 5870 or NVidia 285. I have no plans for Xfire or SLI. Do you think I'll be needing a new one?

You need to post the make of the PSU that you have ie., whether it is a cheap generic one or a decent branded quality one, it makes a world of difference...

After a lot of searching, I found it to be this: OCZ GameXStream 600W PSU - 120mm Fan SLI Ready ATX12v v2.2

Then you should be absolutely fine mate, as ocz make quality psu's and 600w is more than enough for a single gpu setup
