OK having finalised what is going in my Core2 setup, I am able to get an ENERMAX GALAXY 850W PSU for about 60% of the retail price, would this be a better PSU than the Corsair HX 620W ATX2.2 Modular SLI Compliant PSU?

If you can get the Enermax 850W 60% off retail price, then you should go for it. However, please beware that the PSU is physically HUGE, 22cm long if I remember correctly. You want to make sure your case can fit it.

ENERMAX GALAXY 850W PSU get that

Jesus christ overkill.

I have the 520W corsair PSU and it's truly stunning. Running my E6300 @ 3.6ghz no problems. Save youself a few quid and go for the 520W.
In addition to my sig i have a sunbeam rheobus, 2x led 120mm fans, 2x standard lian-li 120mm fans, 1x 92mm panaflo, 2x white cathodes, 2x samsung sata HDD. The HIS card is overclocked too.

****EDIT**** Didn't see the crossfire master card in your spec. Best go for the 620W corsair :D
