PSU for my new build

So im buying components for a new computer tommorow and it's all sorted but im deliberating about the PSU. Should i take a modular or non modular PSU? what are the advantages of each apart from the price of the non modular im looking at being £13 less. This is the build im looking at, would 500W be enough?

The graphics card recommends a 500W PSU, so you should be fine. (Source: http://www.amd.com/us/products/desk...6850/pages/amd-radeon-hd-6850-overview.aspx#3) From what I've been told from other Overclockers members is that the recommendation accounts for the whole system including the card.

I would personally get a 600W+ because it would give room for upgrades but it would work now OK. As for the modular or non modular I always just grab a non modular and tie wrap the cables I don't need at the bottom of the case to keep them out of the way.

Ye i'd like to have a 600W just for the extra power. So there are no performance disadvantages to a non modular PSU?
