I recently tryed building a new system abd the psecs were as follows

Antel TruePower Quattro 1000W
EVGA 680i
2 x EVGA 8800GTS 512
4 GB OCZ 1066Mhz SLi Ready RAM

But the Quattro PSU would not power my 8800 GTS' i think its because there G92 archetecture, now ive sent that PSU back and im getting a XFX 780i motherboard so the new system will be as follows:

Intel Penryn Q9450 Quad (When Released)
XFX 780i
2 x EVGA 8800GTS 512
4 GB OCZ 1066Mhz SLi Ready RAM

Now i need a PSU to power this system, a lot of overclocking will also be taking place.

I was thinking about the Enermax Galaxy 1000W but i dont know if this PSU also has trouble powering G92 GPUs, help and suggestions will be much appreciated.

I have the Enermax 850 and a similar spec and I allowed for overclocking and a watercooling and I still dont come close to pushing it, be aware though the Enermax Galaxy's are very long I had to move my ROM drive down a bay to allow the cables to come out and curl back and my tower is a thermaltake amour which I consider rather large.
But all things considered they are great units well built and very quiet.;)

Funny enough i have that case too and watercooling. At the top of the case is the 2 USB, firewire and audio ports. How much longer is the PSU in comparison to that, would i have to remove the ports?
