PSU for new rig

Hi all,

I am looking at buying the following components for my new rig:

Gigabyte P67A-UD7 Intel P67 Chipset (Socket 1155)
i7-2600k 3.4GHz
2x G.Skill RipJawX 4GB (2x2GB)

I currently have a 750W ThermalTake ToughPower PSU and I have:

2x Raptors 150GB in RAID0
2x 750GB 7200RPM WD
1x 2TB 7200RPM WD
2x ATI HD 6950's (flashed to 6970 fw)

Will the 750W handle all of this?

Just curious but how much power would you say is being used or would be used at near capacity or say playing a modern game like Metro 2033 where the graphics cards, CPU and memory would be pushed?

470w using crossifre 6950 and a i7 test system at 3.33GHZ - http://www.anandtech.com/show/4061/amds-radeon-hd-6970-radeon-hd-6950/12

considering a 2600K sandy bridge uses approximately 30 less watts than a average i7 - http://www.anandtech.com/show/4083/...core-i7-2600k-i5-2500k-core-i3-2100-tested/21

I can have a guess of around 430-440watts

thanks a lot for that. I wasn't sure about two high-end graphics cards and a new i7.
